- The name of the app and its version (found in the app's settings or on its App Store page)
- Your device model and iOS version
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like refunded.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, then look for a "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings. If it doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.
